Music Studio and Photo Suite Shops.

The products that are sold all hold preventing conditions. The Music Studio, each product rights remain in the control of Funky White Productions and the producer or writer. This means that the use of any product other than for private use must be acknowledged and accepted by Funky White Productions. Each product also has a lifetime clause of 20% profit that is made from use of the product including commercial release, performance and any other selling of the product.

1. Rights of all products are owned by Funky White Productions and the rightful producer/ writer.
2. 20% of all profits that occur from use of the products purchased in the 'Music Studio' shop belong to Funky White Productions.

Products purchased from the 'Photo Suite' shop hold the following terms and conditions: When a product is in the development stage and the final product is yet to be agreed the rights of the image(s) belongs to Funky White Productions. When the image has been finalised and the product delivered to the client the rights transfer back to the client, however the products purchased in the 'Photo Suite' shop hold a 20% clause on all and any profit that is made from sales or display of the product.

2. 20% of all profits that occur from use of the products purchased in the 'Photo Suite' shop belong to Funky White Productions.

Artist Management

1. 30% of all profits made by an artist on the Funky White Productions management roster belong to Funky White Productions.
2. The rights of the artists  belong to Funky White Productions and any decisions concerning the artist career must be passed through Funky White Productions.
3. Funky White Productions management works upon an exclusivity arrangement only and all artist that join agree that they have no other management and will seek no other management for as long as they are on the Funky White Productions management roster.

1. All artist must abide by the contracted terms and conditions set out with the contract that is signed by both the artist, the artist management and Funky White Productions.
2. 10% of all profits made by an artist on the Funky White Productions record label belong to Funky White Productions.

1. Photographers that are on the Funky White Productions books agree that 20% of all profits made by commisoned work through Funky White Productions belong to Funky White Productions.
